Any of you guys wondering what was Valve doing updating Portal recently? Well, probably IGN might have an answer. According to Daily-Fix Season 2, Episode 41 the recent update added a new Steam achievement and 26 audio transmission. There is more to it than just a simple add-on; apparently this audio transmissions contains secret messages and hidden pictures. This hints may give out clues and tease on Portal 2 and Half-Life 2: Episode 3. Check out the video below for more details.

Also, as of today, Portal has been updated to have an alternate ending.

A lot of speculation is going on, and from all the details slowly uncovering, it looks as though the HL and Portal story might actually crossover. HL: EP3? Portal 2? HL: Portal?
Whatever it is, Valve is just awesome!

Hmmm.. i gotta say.. hows the game like gonna be.. considering the game lead designer of Portal, Kim Swift has left Valve quite sometimes to Airtight Studios.
I wonder whos the new game lead designer for Portal 2. And most importantly.. its the new game designer gonna make a better game than the original game lead designer?…
