Nothing official regarding EA’s game Dead Space 2. However, the first reports are coming in that the sci-fi survival horror sequel might feature an online multiplayer mode, which should definitely please gamers since a lot of them complained about the original not having online co-op.
According to a job listing by EA, a “Senior Online Level Designer” is wanted, hopefully one that would “be able to work collaboratively with Creative Director and Online Producer to create extremely fun, satisfying and polished multiplayer levels.”
Sure, after games like Left 4 Dead 2 and Resident Evil 5, everyone wants survival horror to have multiplayer.
Not to mention, this year has been a great coop year, and I do hope more games will do the same.
